Chateau Kefraya is a 300 hectares estate at an altitude of 1000 meters .The hillside vineyards are situated in non-irrigated graves, clay and limestone terraced soils. All of the grapes are hand-picked. This select cuvee ( Cabernet Sauvignon 50% and Syrah 50%) aged 12 months in new French oak barrels.
